"Bioinformatics tools for MacOSX" works on both Intel based and PPC Mac. Screenshots pretty cool [ http://liv.bmc.uu.se:16080/macosx/Screenshots.html ] but I don't have a mac to use it. eBiotools can be downloaded from http://liv.bmc.uu.se:16080/macosx/Downloads.html .
